Extremely dog-friendly and a great dog agility course on-site. Very comfortable room with every detail considered for a great stay. The afternoon tea was also great and relaxing in the drawing rooms was a very enjoyable way to spend a wet afternoon.

This was our second time staying here and we had a different room which was smaller but a lovely room, bed was comfortable and it was lovely and quiet. Loved the swimming pool and hot tub, unfortunately did not have time to use the gym this time. The breakfast was delicious and had a nice selection.

Bishopstrow is the most dog-friendly hotel I have stayed in. The staff are genuinely friendly and accommodating to your pet while maintaining a high level of professionalism. The service delivered in the reception, bar, lounge, and restaurant was fantastic, with outstanding staff quality in my opinion. I highly recommend the suites, which offer a small private outdoor area with a hot tub. Even if you don't stay in a suite, you can still enjoy the spa, indoor and outdoor pools, and relaxing garden areas. All in all, a fantastic hotel that I highly recommend.

Beautiful! From the moment we arrived we absolutely loved it. Sophie checked us in and was very friendly and super welcoming. The gardens, walks around the grounds, our room and pool facilities, were all fantastic. Breakfast was superb and we had such beautiful weather we could sit outside and enjoy the sun! We also took our little fur baby and it was super easy with her. It felt like she had no restrictions so she could be with us the entire time and welcome to explore everywhere with with us. We loved our little break away and can’t wait to visit again!

Every single member of staff was excellent, so thoughtful and kind (as we had our 3 month baby with us). Amazing customer service (e.g offering to keep my food warm when I had to leave and change the baby and having our dessert sent to our room). The hotel and grounds are so cool and the food at the restaurant really fresh, grown on site. Great spa too and had a fantastic massage there.

Where do I start. What an amazing hotel, we stayed here as we visited Longleat for the day and was only a short drive away and we thought its was lovely when we saw it online and when we arrived we were blown off of our feet. Amazingly friendly reception staff, we had dinner and breakfast in our rooms as we were exhausted and it was just the most amazing experience! Spa facilities exceeded our expectations and we have recommended this to family and friends already! Also a little bonus we got upgraded for free which was so lovely and we found out we were pregnant with our first IVF baby here! Can’t wait to visit again before we are due!

Room was amazing lovely touches amazing decor we had a patio for our dog and us to sit out in the gardens looked lovely some amazing ornaments, lovely gift box for our dog as well as a bed and towel, breakfast well we have never had such amazing service and delicious breakfast, dinner also could. Not fault anything they even have a dog menu ❤️
